Pricing

The price is on the page

One rate card, set by undergraduate enrollment and the number of modules you run. Every tier includes the full reporting package and the national benchmark. You can budget for the NASCE before you ever speak with us.

Four modules are available: the NASCE Core, and three add-ons covering prematriculation, post-graduate, and faculty and staff engagement.

The 2026 and 2027 rate cards

Priced by enrollment and modules

Find your undergraduate enrollment, then choose the NASCE Core alone or the Core with additional modules. That is the price of the administration.

Choosing modules

The Core, and what you add to it

The Core measures your students. The three add-on modules extend the same measurement to the people around them: who your students were before they arrived, who they became after they left, and the faculty and staff who set the example.

The NASCE Core

Participation, frequency, and depth across the eight areas of human need, producing your institutional POP score and its placement on the national scale. The Engaged Global Citizen battery, scoring four civic dimensions for both engagement and values, is included with the Core unless you opt out.

Prematriculation

Measures the service your students were already doing before they arrived on your campus, along with the engagement patterns of the families they come from. It shows what your students bring with them, so your own contribution can be read clearly.

Post-graduate

Measures engagement among graduate students and alumni, and how they judge the institution's support for service. This is the module that tells you whether the commitment held after graduation.

Faculty, Staff, and Administrators

Measures engagement among the people who run the institution, and how they see its support for service. A campus that asks students to serve is a stronger claim when the faculty and staff serve too.

Each administration is also tailored to your campus: your majors list, your engagement opportunities, your incentive language, and your field window.

Why we publish it

No gate, no call to learn the number

Most instruments in this category make you request a quote. We think a director of institutional research building next year's budget should be able to find the number in ten seconds, and that a conversation is more useful when both sides already know what the work costs. When we do talk, we can spend the time on your campus and your questions.
